The booking amount paid at the time of booking is non refundable.
If after booking you decide not to avail the services, you can email bookings@setsinthecity.in and the balance amount will be waived off.
You can reschedule your booking by informing via email on bookings@setsinthecity.in at least 72 hours before the commencement of your booking.
If you fail to inform within the required time, the booking will be treated as cancelled.
If the studio is closed on the day of the shoot due to unavoidable situations, the shoot will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date.
