SITC is located off Mumbai - Nasik Highway in Bhiwandi, Thane. It is 45 Kilometers from Central Mumbai.
As of now, we do not offer transport services to our clients. You can reach here by your vehicle or Cab.

Yes, we have Baggage Counter to keep your luggage safe. We also have good security, so rest assured SITC has got it all covered for you.
Yes, we have a three setup makeup room with changing rooms and a restroom. You get your own space with good lighting to prepare you for the best look.
We offer complimentary refreshments to all our clients. Even though we don’t have a full fledge kitchen, you can stop by at our on location Springfield Cafe for snacks and beverages. Additionally we do let you bring outside food.
Come shoot at SITC anytime of the year. Every season here will have different colours and new sets.
The studio is open on all days from 6am to 8pm.

We only accept confirmed bookings. You can only shoot here if you have a prior booking confirmation.

Yes we provide a spot boy (assistant) with each booking. This helps you to get familiar with the locations and carry on you shoot seamlessly.
You need to pay 100% advance to confirm your booking.
In case you cancel your booking more than seven days before the shoot. You get a 50% refund. In case you cancel your booking in less than seven days before the shoot, there is no refund.
Yes we would help you pick another date in case of emergency. However to do that you will have to inform us fifteen days in advance.
You are free to use any of the locations/sets. You will just have to inform us well in advance to enable us to make the necessary arrangements.We can even suggest you the best time to shoot at your favorite sets and help you plan your day and your shoot better.

We have more than 40 setups. You are free to use any of them, but you can use only one set at a time.

Yes, you can reschedule your booking date by giving us a 72 hours prior notice over email at hello@setsinthecity.in.
Ans: Yes. Sets In The City is built for shooting. You can make a booking and use the studio.
No, we don’t provide a day visit tour as the studio is a professional shooting location.
No. Only the couple / model are allowed to take pictures.
Standard bookings are on a sharing basis. You are supposed to vacate the set in 30 minutes, if someone else needs to use the same.
There is no direct transport to reach SITC , It is ideal to get your own private vehicle .
You can get a ola - uber till SITC , But on the way back it is available as its on the outskirts in the city.
